本文观察了复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）的疗效。设治疗组及对照组各１８例患儿，治疗组采用在对照组常规治疗基础上加复方丹参液静滴。结果治疗组在神经系统症状意识障碍、原始反射异常、肌张力异常及惊厥持续天数均短于对照组，经统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时观察治疗前后两组ＣＴ检查结果，总有效率分别为８３．３％、７２．２％，经卡方检验，Ｘ２＝４．４８，Ｐ＜０．０５。有显著差异。提示丹参治疗该病有明显的疗效
This article observed the efficacy of compound Danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). The treatment group and the control group were set 18 cases of children, the treatment group used in the control group on the basis of conventional treatment plus compound Danshen solution intravenous infusion. Results The patients in the treatment group had shorter neurological symptoms, abnormal reflexes of original reflexes, abnormal muscle tone and convulsions lasting days than those in the control group.
