由于变矩器具有一系列长处,在石油钻机上得到了广泛的应用。截至一九八○年十一月底的统计,我国在用的804台陆地钻机中,采用变矩器传动的有164台(其中从美国进口的两台,从罗马尼亚进口的135台,国产的27台)。随着国家标准《石油钻机主要参数和结构型式》的颁布和执行,作为各级钻机的变矩器传动型式,必将获得更大的发展。如何合理设计、制造和使用变矩器传动的石油钻机,已经引起有关部门的重视。本文拟对变矩器系列的功率容量曲线、柴油机-变矩器联合工作特性曲线、变矩器的冷却系统和CHC型变矩器工作油等问题,作一简要介绍,供有关同志参考。
Because torque converter has a series of advantages, it has been widely used in oil drilling rigs. As of the end of November 1980, of the 804 land-based rigs in use in our country, 164 were driven by torque converters (two from the United States, 135 from Romania and 27 from the Mainland station). With the promulgation and implementation of the national standard “main parameters and structure type of oil drilling rigs”, as the torque converter transmission type of drilling rigs at all levels, greater development is sure to be achieved. How to design, manufacture and use torque converter-driven oil drilling rig has drawn the attention of relevant departments. This article intends to make a brief introduction of the power capacity curve of the torque converter series, the joint working characteristic curve of the diesel engine-torque converter, the cooling system of the torque converter and the working oil of the CHC type torque converter for reference by the relevant comrades.
