旋毛虫病是一种肠道和横纹肌的旋毛虫感染性疾病,流行于全世界。1965年我国首次在云南发现人体旋毛虫病,以后在陆续在西藏、云南等地区流行。1986年底～1987年初平顶山市首次发生流行。有关旋毛虫病的眼部表现未见有综合报道,本文观察眼部体征比例及复习有关文献综合报告如下。一、感染方式与临床表现人体感染的主要来源,是吃了生的或半生的感染旋毛虫的猪、狗及其它动物肉。临床上分为三期:①侵入期(约一周):旋毛虫
