双眼睑结膜均有异常毛发,实属少见,临床上我们遇到一例,现报告如下: 患者男性,33岁,因双眼红、流泪,异物感两年而就诊。既往体健,体检无异常。眼部检查:视力:右1.0,左1.0。双眼睑睫毛排列整齐,双上睑结膜颞侧各见一簇毛发(附图见封三),长约4～5mm,3～4根,黑色,自近穹窿部睑结膜长出,局部结膜充血,增厚,角膜颞侧上皮粗糙,荧光素染色,细点状着色,房水(-),瞳孔正圆,对光反应灵敏,眼底视盘(-),中心凹光反射可见,眼球各方向转动自如,初步诊断;双眼睑结膜异常毛发。
