云南某矿矿体及围岩为软弱破碎碳泥质板岩,节理裂隙极为发育,开采技术条件苛刻,采矿过程中面临凿岩成孔率低、生产能力小、支护工程量大等一系列问题。经工程类比及现场试验,确定选用MEYCO MP364矿用树脂进行注浆预加固技术现场试验。通过改变注浆压力、注浆孔半径及注浆时间,应用岩层窥测仪对化学浆液扩散效果进行观测,确定了注浆压力、注浆孔尺寸等技术参数,并初步形成了针对该矿体的化学注浆工艺系统。现场试验结果表明:按照推荐的技术参数及工艺进行化学注浆,可增强矿体稳定性,增加采场顶板最大允许暴露面积,改善存窿矿石的流动性,从而实现了矿体预加固。
The orebody and surrounding rock of a certain orebody in Yunnan Province are weakly crushed carbonaceous slate with extremely developed joint fissures and harsh technical conditions for mining. In the mining process, a series of problems such as low porosity rate of drilling, small production capacity and large amount of supporting projects are encountered . After engineering analogy and on-the-spot test, it is confirmed that MEYCO MP364 mining resin is used for field test of grouting pre-reinforcement technology. By changing the grouting pressure, grouting hole radius and grouting time, the effect of chemical grout diffusion was observed by using the rock peephole, and the technical parameters of grouting pressure and size of grouting hole were determined. Field test results show that chemical grouting according to the recommended technical parameters and process can enhance the stability of ore bodies, increase the maximum allowable exposed area of stope roof, improve the fluidity of deposit ore and achieve pre-reinforcement of ore body.
