加强国防教育,提高全民的国防观念,是新时期加强国防建设的战略措施之一。近几年来,各级党政领导注意把全民国防教育摆到重要位置上,做了大量的工作,取得了明显成绩。但是,我们必须看到,目前的国防教育还存在许多问题,一些单位对抓国防教育的自觉性还不够高,组织领导不够有力。要把国防教育扎扎实实地开展起来坚持下去,应解决以下几个问题。一、要建立教育组织,切实加强领导。抓紧建立国防教育领导体系,设立国防教育研究机构。各级党、政、企业领导,特别是各级教育委员会和人民解放军各部队要把国防教育作为整个工作的一项重要内容。利用议军会、武委会例会的时机,分析研究本单位国
Strengthening national defense education and raising the national defense concept are one of the strategic measures to strengthen national defense in the new period. However, we must see that there are still many problems with the current national defense education. Some units are not yet conscious of their national defense education and their organizational leadership is not strong enough. To carry out national defense education in a down-to-earth manner, we should solve the following problems. First, we must establish an education organization and effectively strengthen leadership. We must establish a leadership system for national defense education and establish a national defense education and research institute. Party, government and enterprise leaders at all levels, especially the education committees at all levels and all units of the People’s Liberation Army, should take national defense education as an important part of their work as a whole.
