近年来,中国城市化浪潮下,引发了不少民众的不满与激进事件,而其中很多是民众情绪是对政策的不满与发泄,而作为一线的基层村镇作为城市化的转型中阵地,必须做好政策的民意征求及吸收的工作,制定与实施政策时必须体现民意,权衡好政策主体各方的利益。政策是一地区域文化结构的重要组成部分,也是区域文化特色的框架总结。本文以合肥大兴镇为例,探求村镇城市化转型期间民众对政策的需求倾向。

Policy is an important part of the regional cultural structure and a framework summary of the regional cultural characteristics. This article takes Daxing Town, Hefei as an example to explore the people’s demand for policy during the urbanization transition.
