土地权属管理的中心环节是土地权属审核确认,主要包括土地登记发证和土地权属纠纷调处。当前,我区的基本形势是土地使用权发证率提高,土地权属纠纷逐年下降。土地权属管理工作千头万绪,就《物权法》实施对我区土地权属管理工作的影响做出利弊判断,有利于土地权属管理工作的开展。
The central part of the management of land tenure is the verification of the ownership of land, including land registration and certification and mediation of land ownership disputes. At present, the basic situation in our district is that the certification rate of land use rights has been raised and the disputes over land ownership have been declining year by year. The management of land tenure has a multitude of things, making a pros and cons judgment on the impact of the enforcement of the Property Law on the management of land tenure in our district, which is conducive to the development of management of tenure ownership.
