以信息化为先导推动科技强警战略 ,是实现公安工作可持续发展的必由之路。公安信息中心建设事关公安信息化的整体进程 ,事关公安事业的兴衰成败。加强公安信息中心建设 ,必须坚持“一把手工程” ,在统筹规划上下功夫 ;必须走集约化发展之路 ,在资源整合上下功夫 ;必须明确关键在于应用 ,在服务现实斗争上下功夫 ;必须明确主导部门和参与单位的关系 ,在规范职责上下功夫 ;必须正确处理技术人才与公安业务人才的关系 ,在教育培训上下功夫 ;必须走可持续发展之路 ,在完善信息系统开发规范上下功夫。
Taking informationization as the guide to push forward the strategy of strengthening police by science and technology is the only way to realize the sustainable development of public security work. The construction of the public security information center is related to the overall process of public security informationization and is related to the success or failure of the public security undertaking. In order to strengthen the construction of public security information centers, we must adhere to the “top-notch project” and work hard on the overall planning. We must take the intensive development road and work hard on the integration of resources. We must make clear that the key lies in the application and work hard in the service reality struggle. And the units involved in the work, work hard in regulating the responsibilities; we must correctly handle the relationship between technical personnel and public security professionals, education and training efforts; we must take the road of sustainable development, improve the development of information systems work hard.
