丁丙诺啡是一种新型的阿片生物碱蒂巴因的衍生物。其化学结·构与吗啡相似,并具有很强的镇痛效应。国内由天津药物研究院研制合成。采用双盲对照法,将盐酸丁丙诺啡注射液用于烧伤及整形术后的病人,对其镇痛作用进行了观察。给予此药0.3mg后其镇痛效应明显优于杜冷丁50mg(P<0.05),作用时间能持续6 h以上,而不良反应则类同于或低于杜冷丁。在上述剂量下,此药对心率、血压、呼吸等生理参数以及·对肝、肾功能均无明显影响。
Buprenorphine is a novel derivative of the opioid alkaloid tetbarbepine. Its chemical structure similar to morphine and has a strong analgesic effect. Domestic research and development by the Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Synthesis. Using double-blind control method, the injection of buprenorphine hydrochloride for burns and plastic surgery patients, the analgesic effect were observed. After given 0.3 mg of this medicine, its analgesic effect was obviously superior to that of dolantin 50mg (P <0.05), the duration of action could last more than 6 hours, but the adverse reaction was similar to or lower than that of dolantin. At these doses, the drug has no significant effect on physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and liver and kidney function.
