本文介绍了在四流圆坯连铸中间罐内去除夹杂物的数学模型研究情况。应用Phoenics软件计算了中间罐内钢液流动的速度场、夹杂物浓度分布及平均停留时间分布曲线,并设计了不对称分布的钙质过滤器。计算结果表明,过滤孔不对称分布的过滤器能消除中间罐内流水口的短路现象,能延长各流的平均停留时间,尤其是边流平均停留时间,使中间罐内各流间的平均停留时间差别减小。中间罐加入的过滤器能去除夹杂物浓度的14.6%,并使内流与边流夹杂物浓度相差由3.9%降至0.5%,这在工业试验中得到了验证。
This article describes the mathematical model for the removal of inclusions in a four-round billet continuous tundish. Using Phoenics software, the velocity field, the concentration distribution of inclusions and the average residence time distribution curve of the molten steel flow in the intermediate tank were calculated and the asymmetric calcium filter was designed. The calculation results show that the filter with asymmetrical filter holes can eliminate the short circuit of the outlet in the middle tank and prolong the average residence time of each stream, especially the average residence time of the side stream, so that the average stay of each stream in the middle tank Time difference decreases. The filter added to the jar was able to remove 14.6% of the inclusion concentration and reduce the difference between the concentration of the internal flow and that of the side stream from 3.9% to 0.5%, as demonstrated by industrial tests.
