目的 了解河南汉族人群中CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0 1基因座的遗传多态性 ,获得群体遗传数据。方法 对2 30份无血缘关系个体的抗凝血样提取DNA ,应用多位点复合聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增技术结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分型方法调查CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0 1基因座在河南地区汉族群体中的基因型分布。结果 CSF1PO基因座在河南汉族人群中存在 8个等位基因 ,2 5种基因型 ;TPOX基因座存在 8个等位基因 ,18种基因型 ;TH0 1存在 7个等位基因 ,15种基因型。基因型频率分布符合Hardy -Weinberg平衡 ,三个基因座的个体识别率分别为 0 88、0 82 4、0 82 4 ,PIC分别为 0 71、0 5 9、0 6 0 ,累积个体识别率为 0 996 3。结论 CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0 1基因座是进行人类群体遗传学和法医遗传学研究十分有用的遗传标记
Objective To understand the genetic polymorphisms of CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 1 loci in Henan Han population and to obtain population genetic data. Methods DNA was extracted from anticoagulated blood samples of 2 30 unrelated individuals. The loci of CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 1 were investigated by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis Genotype Distribution in Han Population in Henan Province. Results There were 8 alleles and 25 genotypes in CSF1PO locus in Henan Han population. There were 8 alleles and 18 genotypes in TPOX locus. There were 7 alleles in TH0 1 and 15 genotypes . The frequency distribution of genotypes conformed to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The individual recognition rates of the three loci were 0 88,0 82 4,0 82 4, PIC 0 71,0 5 9,0 6 0 respectively, and the cumulative individual recognition rate was 0 996 3. Conclusion The CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 1 loci are very useful genetic markers in the study of human population genetics and forensic genetics
