用~(51)Cr释放法和细胞病变抑制法测定AA患者外周血NK细胞活性和PHA诱生IFN_γ水平,结果表明15例AA未缓解期患者NK活性明显低于正常组,8例缓解期患者NK活性有明显增高,但测定29例AA患者外周血PHA诱生IFN_γ水平与正常组差异不大。同时测定二项指标有18例,结果与上述基本一致。二者之间无明显相关关系。文中讨论了AA患者存在免疫失调。
The activity of NK cells in peripheral blood and the level of IFN-γ induced by PHA in AA patients were determined by ~ (51) Cr release method and cytopathic effect inhibition test. The results showed that the NK activity of 15 patients with AA remission was significantly lower than that of the normal group and 8 remission patients NK activity was significantly increased, but the determination of 29 cases of AA patients PHA-induced peripheral blood IFN-γ levels and the normal group was not different. In the meantime, there are 18 cases of two indexes, the result is consistent with the above. No significant correlation between the two. The article discusses the AA patients with immune disorders.
