青少年成长涉及方方面面,共青团必须切实承担起组织、引导、服务和维权等基本职能,推动社会各界共同关注、帮助青少年健康成长。全团“面对面”活动已连续开展7年,每年选取一个主题,在广泛研讨基础上提出政策建议,成为反映青少年利益诉求的重要载体。各级团组织要积极配合人大、政协,深入青少年当中听取他们的意愿心声,与代表委员充分沟通、凝聚共识,共同提出高质量的议案、建议和提案,推动相关法律法规和政策制定实施,
