肺泡微结石症是临床极为少见的肺部疾病,多有家族史,其肺部X线表现易与粟粒型肺结核混淆,笔者曾遇到一例,误诊为肺结核现报告如下。张××女 27岁于1980年3月10日团检发现双侧肺野密集粟粒状阴影,0.3～1mm大小,密度较高,肺下野多于上野,膈肌显示不清,心外缘及肋膈角均甚模糊。患者既往有轻咳,气短,吐少量白粘痰,易感冒,无粉尘接触史,体检前半月曾“感冒”发烧一次(体温37.5℃左右)经对症处置痊愈。查体:脉搏100次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压110/70mmHg。消
