回顾性分析2004年5月-2009年5月住院的50例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的临床资料,探讨改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的发生原因,预防及治疗,认为改善术中及术后处理方法,可有效防治其并发症的发生。
