将教师的专业发展置身于课程教学实践之中,倡导教师专业学习扎根内在需求、扎根鲜活经验、扎根行动反思。笔者经过16年探索,在学科研训领域里形成了在职研修的新范式。即以课例为载体,以教师和专业研究者合作教学研修为平台,以“专业引领”和“行为跟进”为特征,融理论学习、教学设计、行为反思为一体的实践模式。16年来,这个做法对甘井子区英语教师专业实践素养的提升和区域英语教学质量的提高产生了深远影响。
The teacher’s professional development should be placed in the course of teaching practice, to promote teachers’ professional learning rooted in the inherent needs, rooted in the fresh experience, rooted actions reflect. After 16 years of exploration, I formed a new paradigm of on-the-job training in the field of discipline training. That is, taking the lesson as a carrier, taking the cooperation between teachers and professional researchers as a platform, taking “professional lead ” and “behavioral follow-up ” as the characteristic, integrating theory study, instructional design and behavior reflection into one mode. In the past 16 years, this approach has had a profound impact on the improvement of English teachers’ professional literacy and the improvement of regional English teaching in Ganjingzi District.
