近年来,高校越来越重视知识产权成果的保护以及转移转化工作。民办高职院校由于办学性质、资金来源、师资力量等问题,拥有的自主知识产权较少。但是在国家加快实施创新驱动发展战略的大环境下,越来越多的民办高职院校在自主知识产权方面取得长足的进步。如何更好的保护知识产权并将成果成功转移转化,是现在民办高职院校急需解决的问题。本文通过调查分析,总结经验,得出帮助民办高职院校解决在知识产权保护及成果转移转化过程中遇到的问题。
In recent years, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the protection of intellectual property and the transfer and transformation. Owing to the nature of running a school, the sources of funds and the teachers’ ability, private higher vocational colleges have less proprietary intellectual property rights. However, under the environment of accelerating the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy by the state, more and more private higher vocational colleges have made great strides in their independent intellectual property rights. How to better protect the intellectual property rights and transfer the achievements successfully is an urgent problem to be solved in private higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation and analysis, this article summarizes the experience, and draws the help to private higher vocational colleges to solve the problems encountered in the process of IPR protection and transfer of achievements.
