目的:采用大鼠孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性的应激抑郁模型,观察加减小柴胡汤的抗抑作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照氟西汀组和加减小柴胡汤大,中、小剂量组,分析药物对大鼠血浆中IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量的影响。结果:氟西汀组和加减小柴胡汤大、中剂量能够显著降低大鼠血浆中IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量的影响。结论:加减小柴胡汤具有抗抑郁活性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antidepressant effect of decoction of decreasing Chaihu Decoction by adopting a rat model of isolated depression and chronic mild unpredictable stress depression. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive control fluoxetine group and large, medium, and small doses of decoction of decreasing Radix Bupleurum decoction. The levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in plasma of rats were analyzed. Effects of IL-6 and TNF-α levels. Results: The effects of fluoxetine group and addition of Chaihu Decoction on the concentration of IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in plasma were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Adding Chaihu Decoction has antidepressant activity.
