在文化大革命前,林业部对干部的培训是很重视的,曾先后在北京、东北、南京设立了三个直属部领导的干部学校。各省、市、自治区也先后办了自己的干部学校,培训了大量干部,其中很多已成为各级林业机构中的领导同志或骨干力量。但由于林彪、“四人帮”的干扰、破坏,使这些干部学校几乎全部被迫停办,现仅仅保存下来的东北带岭林业干部学校,也遭到了严重的摧残,其他学校还未得到恢复。
Before the Cultural Revolution, the Ministry of Forestry paid great attention to the training of cadres and successively set up three cadre schools under the leadership of the CPC Central Government directly in Beijing, the Northeast and Nanjing. Provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions also successively set up their own cadre schools and trained a large number of cadres, many of whom have become leading comrades or backbone forces in forestry agencies at all levels. However, due to the interference and destruction caused by Lin Biao and the “gang of four,” almost all of these cadre schools were forced to stop. The mere surviving schools of northeast banded forestry cadres have also been severely damaged and other schools have yet to be resumed.
