本文用细胞灶法探讨了Na_2HAsO_4致癌作用。结果表明,在浓度为1.344×10~(-5)mol/L和2.688×10~(-5)mol/L下,Na_2HAsO_4均未诱发SHE细胞形态转化,仅见存活的细胞灶明显减少。同时讨论了可能影响砷致细胞形态转化作用的因素。
In this paper, we investigated the carcinogenesis of Na_2HAsO_4 by cell-cell method. The results showed that the morphological changes of SHE cells were not induced by Na_2HAsO_4 at concentrations of 1.344 × 10 -5 mol / L and 2.688 × 10 -5 mol / L, and only the number of surviving cells decreased significantly. Also discussed are factors that may affect arsenic-induced cell morphological transformation.
