起重机液压系统各部件出现磨损后,需对液压系统相关压力进行检测调整。本文以QLY25型轮胎起重机为例,介绍液压系统相关压力的调整方法。一是检测和调整起升压力。将压力表接到起升泵出油管测压点上,让发动机以最高转速运转。操作吊钩起吊额定质量的重物,同时踏下起升制动器踏板,扳动起升手柄起升吊钩,此时压力表测出的压力值应为26.5 MPa。若压力值过小,需调整位于驾驶室后面的起升泵溢流阀重新设定压力。
After the components of the crane hydraulic system wear out, the pressure related to the hydraulic system needs to be checked and adjusted. In this paper, QLY25 type tire cranes, for example, describes the hydraulic system-related pressure adjustment method. First, detect and adjust the lifting pressure. The pressure gauge connected to the lifting pump outlet pipe pressure measurement point, let the engine run at maximum speed. Operate the lifting hook to lift the weight of the rated quality, and depress the lifting brake pedal at the same time, pull the lifting handle to lift the lifting hook, and the pressure measured by the pressure gauge should be 26.5 MPa. If the pressure is too low, adjust the lift relief valve in the rear of the cab to reset the pressure.
