今年以来,孝义县水利水保局积极加强水土保持小流域治理的技术服务,推动了全县的水土保持工作。具体做法是: 一、抓科学规划。局里统一抽调业务技术人员,分赴山区的11个乡镇,2月底以前,逐乡逐村搞出了1987～1990年水土保持综合治理规划,为全面治理水土流失提供了科学的依据。二、抓重点工程,层层落实技术责任制。全县确定12条小流域作为治理样板和重点突破项目,落实当年新修梯田8000亩和初步治理面积10000亩的年度实施计划,并将重点小流域技术指导责任制落实到局领导和技术人员身上。
