1987年国务院批转《国家教委关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》中明确指出:“把开展岗位培训作为成人教育的重点。”这是成人教育的一项重大改革。在国家“八五”计划期间,对各类从业人员进行岗位培训,又是我国成人教育的主要任务之一。因此,怎样认识和开展岗位培训,是一项迫在眉睫的重要工作。我认为,要开展好岗位培训工作,应该从以下几方面加以充分的认识。
In 1987, the State Council approved the “Decision of the State Education Commission on Reforming and Developing Adult Education”, stating clearly: “Carrying out job training as the focus of adult education.” This is a major reform of adult education. During the period of the national “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, job training for all kinds of employees is one of the major tasks of our country’s adult education. Therefore, how to recognize and conduct job training is an urgent and important task. In my opinion, to carry out job training, we should fully understand the following aspects.
