利用白铁皮和磁铁来改进挂图的制作,制成的活动挂图,装上取下,灵活自如,简单方便,教学效果好。下面以减数分裂过程活动挂图制作过程为例,说明活动挂图的制作新法: 1、以普通挂图为基础,用绘图纸画出挂图中固定的结构,将画中某些活动结构用白板纸剪成该结构的形状,如用白板纸剪成染色体形状的纸条,涂上各种色彩的颜料;相同长度的纸条表示同源染色体,不同长度的纸条表示非同源染色体;两个相同长度且颜色相同的纸条表示染色体复制后形成的染色单体。 2、用透明胶将小磁铁固定在表示活动结构的纸条中心位置上,每张小纸条都固定上一个小磁铁。例如:表示染色体的纸条上小磁铁固定
