目的:探讨心包穿刺置管在心包积液诊治中的应用。方法:在心尖部或剑突下置入中心静脉导管引流。结果:20例心包积液病人全部安全有效置管成功得到有效救治。10例心包填塞病人引流后症状迅速缓解。结论:心包积液穿刺置管法简单、安全、有效,便于临床应用。
Objective: To investigate the application of pericardiocentesis in the diagnosis and treatment of pericardial effusion. Methods: In the apex or xiphoid into the central venous catheter drainage. Results: All 20 cases of pericardial effusion were safe and effective and the catheter was successfully treated. Ten cases of pericardial tamponade patients with symptoms of rapid relief. Conclusion: Pericardial effusion catheterization simple, safe and effective, easy to clinical application.
