尚未发现5-HT-1A受体C(-1019)G基因多态性与内外向人格相关联.“,”Objective To analyze the association between 5-HTR-1A C(-1019)G polymorphism and EPQ personality dimensions. Methods 404 Han Chinese healthy volunteers were assessed by EPQ personality questionnaire including P,E,N dimensions. All were genotyped for 5-HTR-1A C(-1019)G variants with PCR. Results Among various C(-1019)G genetypes, the difference in N dimension means was significant(F=3.868,P=0.022),and P dimension means were also significantly different(F=3.145,P=0.044).N dimension score with C allele(44.77±10.91) was higher than with allele G(42.71±9.95),which had statistic significance(t=2.466,P=0.014). P dimension score with allele C(47.14±8.74) was also higher than with G allele(45.42±8.58),which was significant(t=2.403,P=0.017). The distribution variance of C(-1019)G genetypes between different P dimension groups had significance(χ2=9.293,P=0.009).The C allele frequence in the psychoticism group(86.4%) was higher than non-psychoticism group(74.1%),the variance was significant(χ2=7.818,P=0.005,OR=2.22).In contrast,no association was detected between the polymorphism and E dimension(P>0.05). Conclusion The present study shows significant associations between the 5-HTR-1A C(-1019)G and N or P dimension, and C allelic is possibly one of risk factors of neuroticism or psychoticism. No relation is found between the polymorphism and extraversion.
