研究了锆-铝16%消气剂在高压脉冲调制管TM-86中的应用,以代替该管所加挂的钛泵进行工作;具体研究了锆-铝16%合金粉在镍海棉上的涂复烧结工艺,以及消气剂的除气和激活工艺;作出了排气和老炼过程中试验管真空度变化曲线,与生产管相比,大部分时间内真空度可提高一个数量级。在规定寿命期间,真空度保持在1.5×10~(-7)托左右,并略有提高;阴极发射电流也有上升的趋势;高压跳火情况有所改善。对锆-铝16%消气剂的吸气机理进行了讨论。
The application of zirconium-aluminum 16% getter in high-voltage pulse modulation tube (TM-86) was studied in order to work in place of the titanium pump which is attached to the tube. The effects of zirconium-aluminum 16% Coated with sintering process, as well as getter degassing and activation process; made exhaust and aging process test tube vacuum curve, compared with the production tube, most of the time the vacuum can be increased by one order of magnitude. During the specified lifetime, the vacuum maintained at about 1.5 × 10 -7 Torr and slightly increased; the cathode emission current also increased; high-voltage flashover has improved. The aspirating mechanism of zirconium-aluminum 16% getter was discussed.
