据国际货币基金组织2017年1月的预测,2016年世界经济增长速度为3.1%。世界银行2017年1月的预测更低,仅为2.3%。这是自2008年国际金融危机以来世界经济的最低增长速度。它表明,2008年爆发的国际金融危机阴影仍未散去,世界经济结构性调整的长进程仍未到头。推动世界经济复苏,应把握好创新、活力、联动、包容这四个关键点。
According to the International Monetary Fund’s forecast in January 2017, the world economy grew by 3.1% in 2016. The World Bank forecast for January 2017 was even lower at 2.3%. This is the lowest growth rate of the world economy since the international financial crisis in 2008. It shows that the shadow of the international financial crisis that erupted in 2008 has still not been dissipated, and the long process of structural adjustment in the world economy has not yet come to an end. To promote world economic recovery, we should grasp the four key points of innovation, vitality, linkage and inclusiveness.
