利用冷壁坩埚感应熔炼技术、熔模铸造型壳及离心浇注的方法,对Nb丝增强Ti Al基复合材料的制备进行了工艺探索。主要研究了专用陶瓷型壳的制备和离心浇注工艺。结果表明,采用熔模铸造型壳制备的方法可以制备出型腔中含有Nb丝的专用陶瓷型壳,从而解决了增强体在铸型中的固定和均匀分布问题。利用离心浇注工艺能够获得Nb丝增强Ti Al基复合材料。Nb丝在复合材料中分布均匀、界面结合良好。
The technology of Nb wire reinforced TiAl matrix composites was explored by means of cold crucible induction melting technology, investment casting shell and centrifugal casting method. The main study of the special ceramic shell preparation and centrifugal casting process. The results show that the special ceramic shell with Nb wire in the cavity can be prepared by the method of investment casting, which can solve the problem of fixed and uniform distribution of reinforcement in the mold. Nb wire reinforced TiAl matrix composites can be obtained by centrifugal casting process. Nb wire in the composite material evenly distributed, the interface is well bonded.
