目的:研究台州市成年女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及亚型分布情况。方法:采用基因芯片技术对1 128名成年女性宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV基因分型检测。结果:HPV感染率为22.07%,HPV感染的主要类型为16、52、39、58,感染率分别为6.12%、5.05%、3.19%、2.39%,感染高峰年龄为20~40岁。结论:台州市成年女性HPV感染状况及基因型分布与国内其他地区存在一定的差异。
Objective: To study adult female human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and subtype distribution in Taizhou City. Methods: HPV genotyping was performed on 1 128 adult female cervical exfoliated cells using gene chip technique. Results: The infection rate of HPV was 22.07%. The main types of HPV infection were 16,52,39,58. The infection rates were 6.12%, 5.05%, 3.19% and 2.39% respectively. The peak age of infection was 20-40 years old. Conclusion: The prevalence and genotype distribution of HPV infection in adult women in Taizhou City are different from other regions in China.
