1概述某公司为吉林奇峰化纤有限公司年产4万t差别化腈纶技术改造项目承制1台醋酸去除塔再沸器。该设备由2个管箱、壳体和管束4部分构成,其结构如图1。其主要技术特性见表1,其中管程的介质为DMAC+AA(二甲基乙酰氨+醋酸),经查HG20660—2000标准,其毒性等级为中级,且腐蚀性较强。故管程主体材料选用抗缝隙腐蚀和应力腐蚀较好的SA904L不锈钢。

Therefore, the main body of the tube material selection of anti-crevice corrosion and stress corrosion better SA904L stainless steel.
