工业企业铁路道口是行车安全的薄弱环节。随着生产的发展,厂区建筑物增多,铁路和公路运输量增加,车流量增大;厂区绿化、树木成长,再加上某些临时建筑物难以及时拆除,道口接近区段瞭望条件越来越差;道口设备简陋,有的无人看守,管理上普遍欠周。因此,道口事故时有发生。为了改变这样状况,在加强科学管理的同时,必须研制新型道口安全装置,逐步用先进的设备装备道口,以确保安全。在综合分析国内外情况的基础上,我们从我国的国情和当前工业企业铁路道口的实际需要出发,先后研制了DK—Ⅰ型(操作台式)和DK—Ⅱ型(台式)道口控制器。接着又研制成一种新型自动道口安全装置,于
Industrial enterprises railway crossing is the weakest link in traffic safety.
