新近的《人民日报·海外版》刊载了胡鞍钢的文章,认为“两条腿”走路的中国经济比西方跑得快。财政部日前首次对外公布了我国国有企业“家底”。2013年全国国有企业资产总额为104.1万亿元,对全国13.6亿人而言,人均7.65万元。若按当年现价比较,2013年全国国有企业资产总额相当于1952年的4327倍,全国人均国有资产额相当于1952年的1826倍;2013年全国国有企业资产总额也相当于1978年的113倍,全国人均国有资产额相当于1978年的80倍。当然,按不变价格计算实际情况要低于上述数据。
