中華人民共和鐵道衛生部(54)鐵衛防趙衛防彪字第五十二一四一九號令開:‘鐵路交通檢疫實施辦法已修訂完竣,並經國務院一九五四年十月六日政文習字第七十三號覆文批准,自即日起頒發孰行。原一九五○年六月二日鐵道部頒發之央衛字第四十三號部令(附件一)“鐵路檢疫實施辦法” 應卽廢止,各地和管理局以及原鐵道部東北特派員辦事處所頒發之條例,如與本辦法有抵觸者,一律按本辦法執行。’茲將‘鐵路交通檢疫實施辦法’隨文轉發,希卽遵照執行爲要。

The Measures for the Implementation of Railway Quarantine shall be abolished. All localities, administrations and the Northeast Special Branch of the Ministry of Railways If the regulations promulgated by the staff office have any conflict with these measures, they shall be implemented in accordance with these Measures. We hereby forward that the “Measures for the Implementation of Railway Traffic Quarantine” will be forwarded as soon as possible, and Xi Shi should comply with the implementation.
