为了解各地贯彻落实15号文件和全国高技能人才工作会议精神的情况,按照中央人才工作协调小组办公室统一部署,2008年2月下旬,高技能人才队伍建设司(局)际协调小组各单位组成六个督查组,赴全国开展高技能人才工作督查。在督查过程中,发现各地在高技能人才培养、选拔、评价、使用、激励以及资金投入等方面有很多好的做法和经验,值得学习和借鉴。因此,本刊特整理刊出。
