我矿地处浙南山区龙泉市锦溪镇,是流行性出血热(EHF)重疫区。每年均有职工发病,严重危害职工的身心健康,因此,1996年1月对全矿职工及部分家属共计500人进行了EHF灭活疫苗接种(疫苗由杭州天元生物药业公司生产,批号为951001),接种程序为0.7和28天及6个月后各接种一针,于上臂三角肌注射1ml。并观察局部和全身反应。500名接种者中未见有发热、过敏等不良反应。为观察疫苗接种后免疫效果,我们抽检了10例免疫前和免疫后血清,结果免前全部阴性,免后第28天,EHF抗体全部阳转。疫苗接种前的1994年和1995年我矿各发病5例。而接种疫苗后,至今没有新病例发生。证明EHF灭活疫苗是安全、有效的,对预防EHF有良好的效果。
