On September 17, 2001, the negotiation of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization finally drawn a successful conclusion. As a result of the negotiations, China has agreed to assume a series of obligations to realize further liberalization so as to facilitate the development of the world economy as a whole and provide a predictable environment for trade and foreign investment. China’s obligations are as follows: 1. China will treat each WTO member equally. all
