目的:探讨网络信息化平台在宫颈癌筛查管理中的应用价值。方法:对该市2008年1月～2011年9月接受普查的2 9150例妇女宫颈癌筛查情况进行回顾性统计分析。结果:①运用网络信息化管理平台可以提高宫颈癌筛查人群的积极性,降低宫颈活检率,提高活检与病理诊断符合率;②该平台运用后CIN、宫颈癌的检出率和治疗率有所提高;③在基层医院,网络阴道镜技术能够提高宫颈癌的检出率。结论:网络信息化平台能够提高宫颈癌筛查管理效力。
Objective: To explore the application value of network information platform in cervical cancer screening management. Methods: A retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on the screening of 21,550 women with cervical cancer from January 2008 to September 2011 in the city. Results: ①Using the network information management platform can improve the enthusiasm of cervical cancer screening population, reduce the rate of cervical biopsy and improve the coincidence rate of biopsy and pathological diagnosis; ②The detection rate and treatment rate of CIN and cervical cancer after the platform is applied Improve; ③ in primary hospitals, colposcopy network technology can improve the detection rate of cervical cancer. Conclusion: The network information platform can improve the effectiveness of cervical cancer screening management.
