本文指出对纤维及其复合材料的强度指标仅用平均强度来表征是不全面的,应同时考虑反映材料强度分布状态的参数大小。通过对大量不同种类碳纤维及复合丝的强度进行Weibull理论计算,来比较纤维及复合丝的质量。研究得出经验关系式,即根据概率密度曲线确定强度的分散性时,可用(曲线半高宽/峰位强度)值的大小来反映。研究还指出纤维强度随标距的增大而下降,但不同于文献[5]所报导直线关系,而是呈指数绝对值小于1的负幂函数关系。
This paper points out that it is not enough to use the average strength to characterize the strength index of the fiber and its composites. It is necessary to consider the parameters reflecting the intensity distribution of the material. Weibull theoretical calculation of the strength of a large number of different types of carbon fiber and composite yarn, to compare the quality of fiber and composite yarn. The empirical relationship is obtained from the study, that is, when the dispersion of intensity is determined according to the probability density curve, the value of (half width of the curve / peak intensity) can be reflected. The study also pointed out that the fiber strength decreases with the increase of gauge distance, but it is different from the linear relationship reported in [5], but with a negative power function with exponential absolute value less than one.
