中共树立劳模的现象由来已久,早在土地革命时期,受苏联影响,中央苏区就已开始树立各类劳动模范。抗战爆发后,随着大生产运动的开展,中共又不失时机地发起了“劳模运动”。建国后,伴随着社会主义建设事业的全面展开,树立劳模的做法更是被制度化、经常化,在建设中发挥了无可替代的重要作用。在建国前,中共树立劳模已经有了自己的运作机制。
The phenomenon of establishing a model worker in the CCP has a long history. As early as during the Agrarian Revolution and the Soviet Union’s influence, the Central Soviet Area started to establish various model workers. After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, with the advent of a large-scale production campaign, the communist party seized upon the opportunity to launch the “model worker campaign.” After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with the full launch of the cause of socialist construction, the practice of establishing a model worker was institutionalized and normalized and played an irreplaceable and important role in the construction. Before the founding of the People’s Republic, the establishment of labor models by the CCP already had its own operating mechanism.
