介绍了以嵌入式ARM9+S3C2440为控制核心及传能光纤为控制媒介的激光雕刻系统,对雕刻机控制系统的软硬件进行了设计,使雕刻机成本降低,控制精确。系统采用了雕刻范围大、可维护性好的传能光纤取代原有的复杂的光路系统。通过对步进电机和激光器开关电源的精确控制,实现高精度、高效率地雕刻加工。
The laser engraving system with embedded ARM9 + S3C2440 as the control core and the transmission fiber as the control medium is introduced. The software and hardware of engraving machine control system are designed so that the engraving machine cost is reduced and the control is accurate. The system uses a large range of carving, maintenance of good energy transfer optical fiber to replace the original complex optical system. Through precise control of the stepper motor and laser switching power supply, high-precision, high-efficiency engraving processing.
