建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAA)测定鸡肉样品中金属铬含量的分析方法。通过对湿式消解和微波消解前处理方法比较,确定最佳灰化、原子化温度试验条件,选择0.25%磷酸二氢铵溶液作为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中铬含量。在0~40μg/L的线性范围内,该方法所得铬的回归方程为y=0.031x+0.002 5,相关系数r=0.999 8。检出限为0.053 mg/kg,平均加标回收率在92.0%~96.3%之间,RSD在2.49%~3.05%之间。方法操作简单快速、具有很高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于鸡肉样品中金属铬含量的测定。
Determination of chromium content in chicken samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAA). By comparing wet digestion and microwave digestion pretreatment methods, the optimum conditions of ashing and atomization temperature were determined, 0.25% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution was selected as the matrix modifier, and the content of chromium in the sample was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry . In the range of 0 ~ 40μg / L, the regression equation of chromium obtained by this method is y = 0.031x + 0.002 5 and the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8. The detection limit was 0.053 mg / kg. The average recoveries ranged from 92.0% to 96.3%. The RSDs ranged from 2.49% to 3.05%. The method is simple and fast to operate, has high sensitivity and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of chromium content in chicken samples.
