[Case 265] The patient was 44 years old and was a family member. She was introduced from a remote location in Kyushu to Tokyo Hospital. First visit on May 10, 1982. Medical records: complained of urinary frequency 1 year ago, dark urine, urinating once every 2 hours, no significant residual urine sensation and pain. Urinary protein (-), occult hemorrhage (+), red blood cells 5-6 per field of view, bacteria (+). Her back, neck, and chest are accompanied by a blood rash and itching.
