日常生活中,豆干、豆腐等豆制品是老百姓最喜欢的食物之一,然而豆制品虽好但不可多吃。易引起贫血:豆制品中含有的黄豆蛋白能阻挡人体对铁元素的吸收,从而出现缺铁性贫血,表现出不同程度的疲倦,瞌睡等贫血状态。易引起消化不良:豆制品中含有极为丰富的蛋白质,一次食用过多,不仅阻碍人体对铁的吸收,而且容易引起蛋白质消化不良,出现腹胀、腹泻等症状。
