笔者以S省C市下辖P县检察院为样本,在查阅并统计了该院2008年——2011年侦查监督部门的案件登记本及年度报表,并逐案翻查了“捕前撤回”案件卷宗,掌握了该院此类案件的总体情况。
The author of the province C City under the jurisdiction of P County Procuratorate as a sample, access to and statistics of the hospital from 2008 to 2011, the investigation and supervision departments of the case registration and annual reports, and checked the case by case "Case files, mastered the hospital’s overall situation of such cases.
