目的研究3种不同处方的痰热清口服液抗流感病毒鼠肺适应株及抗菌作用,并比较三者作用的强弱。方法以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠、采用体内、外抗菌试验观察痰热清口服液的作用。结果三者均可使病毒感染小鼠死亡率明显降低,存活时间明显延长,含熊去氧胆酸或熊胆粉提取物的痰热清口服液能明显降低肺指数,不含熊去氧胆酸和熊胆粉提取物的口服液此作用稍弱,三者对肺病变分级的影响差别无显著性意义;三者均能降低金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌感染小鼠的死亡率,体外对上呼吸道感染细菌有一定的抑菌和杀菌活性,含熊去氧胆酸的痰热清口服液作用优于含熊胆粉提取物、不含熊去氧胆酸和熊胆粉提取物的口服液。结论 3种处方的痰热清口服液均有抗流感病毒和抗菌的作用,其中不含熊胆粉提取物和熊去氧胆酸的口服液作用较弱,含熊去氧胆酸口服液的抗病毒作用与含熊胆粉提取物的无明显差异,抗菌作用优于后者。
