目的:分析我院麻醉药品应用现状和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)法,统计我院住院药房2004～2006年麻醉药品的用药数量、消耗金额及用药频度(DDDs)等数据,以药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,分析临床应用情况。结果:我院麻醉药品使用数量及消耗金额逐年增加,芬太尼注射液的用药频度连续3年居第一,临床缓解肿瘤疼痛首选为芬太尼透皮贴剂。结论:我院临床科室麻醉药品使用基本符合WHO倡导的癌症三阶梯止痛原则,符合麻醉药品用药及管理的发展趋势,用药基本合理。
Objective: To analyze the application status and development trend of narcotic drugs in our hospital and provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods: According to the DDD method, the data of drug consumption, consumption amount and DDDs of narcotic drugs in our hospitalized pharmacies from 2004 to 2006 were calculated, and the index of drug use (DUI) Application. Results: The quantity and consumption of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year. The dosage of fentanyl injection was the first in three consecutive years. The first choice of clinical pain relief was fentanyl transdermal patch. Conclusion: The use of narcotic drugs in clinical departments of our hospital basically accords with the principle of three-stage cancer pain-killer advocated by the WHO and accords with the development trend of narcotic drug use and management. The medication is basically reasonable.
