[目的]观察眼针与醒脑开窍针刺联合西药治疗中风后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院及门诊患者就诊顺序号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例醒脑开窍,主穴内关、人中、三阴交;辅穴:极泉、委中、尺泽;配穴吞咽障碍加风池、翳风、完骨;手指握固不利加合谷;语言不利加上廉泉,金津、玉液放血;足内翻加丘墟透照海。治疗组24例眼针,眼针主穴肝区、肾区、上焦区、下焦区;意识障碍,语言障碍加心区;在相应眼穴区距眶内缘2mm处,平刺,由该区始点向该区终点方向,刺入0.5cm,留针20min,起针时按压针孔;体针常规针刺,1次/d,治疗5d,休息2d;醒脑开窍针刺对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损程度评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈5例,显效9例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率87.50%。对照组临床痊愈2例,显效7例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率70.80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损程度评分治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针与醒脑开窍针刺联合西药治疗中风后遗症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Results] The treatment group was clinically cured in 5 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 7 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 87.50%. The control group was clinically cured in 2 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 70.80%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The score of neurological deficit in treatment group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Eye acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of stroke sequelae has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
