为深入研究温拌沥青混合料的施工温度确定方法及其温拌沥青混合料的路用性能,课题选用了低分子量酯类和基于表面活性技术的2种常用的温拌剂,采用Brokfield粘度计和旋转压实仪分别测试2种温拌剂的温拌效果。研究结果表明:使用Brokfield粘度计能够很好的确定添加低分子量酯类温拌剂沥青混合料的压实温度,而添加了基于表面活性技术温拌剂的混合料施工温度只有采用旋转压实仪才能确定;对2种温拌沥青混合料的路用性能的分析发现:低分子量酯类温拌剂能够改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性,而基于表面活性技术的温拌剂能够提高沥青混合料抵抗低温开裂和水损害的能力。
